- We want you to love your Prime Gallery pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return.
- To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Simply email our support team with your order number.
Damaged or Faulty Items.
- Every piece is inspected before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
